2. What information is processed and why
The website presents professional experience and personal projects. When you email me, your name, email address and message are processed to respond to your request (legitimate interest or steps requested before entering into a relationship, as applicable). The hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, timestamps and technical access or security logs to deliver the site, ensure security and diagnose faults (legitimate interest in reliable and secure operation).
3. Cookies and local preferences
The site stores your selected language (English or Italian) in your browser's local storage. This preference is used only to display the site in your chosen language, not for advertising or profiling. The certifications section loads Credly badges through an embedded third-party service; Credly may receive technical connection data and apply its own storage technologies under its policies. The site operator does not use these badges to build advertising profiles.
4. Retention, recipients and transfers
Email messages are handled to respond to requests and manage related correspondence, for the time necessary for those purposes and any applicable obligations. Technical access and security logs, where generated by the hosting infrastructure, are handled for service delivery and security in accordance with its configuration and applicable law. External service providers may process technical data when their services are used, including the Credly badge provider.
5. External links and embedded content
Links to LinkedIn, GitHub, Credly and other external websites open services operated by independent providers with their own privacy notices. The certifications section also loads a Credly embedding script and badge content automatically, which may transmit your IP address, browser information and request metadata to Credly when that section is visited. Consult Credly's privacy information for details about its processing.
6. Your data protection rights
Subject to the conditions of applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, and object to certain processing by contacting the address above. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
7. Professional experience, organizations and trademarks
Names, logos and trademarks of employers, customers, vendors and other organizations are shown solely to identify entities mentioned in a professional and historical context. All trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners. Their presence does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, authorization, partnership or a direct contractual relationship with me. Where activities were carried out through an employer or service provider, they should be understood in that context. Project descriptions are high-level, do not disclose confidential information and are not official statements on behalf of the organizations. If you represent a rights holder and have a concern about a reference or logo, please contact me at the address above for review and, where appropriate, correction or removal.
8. Demonstrations and content accuracy
Interactive labs, architectural illustrations, estimates and simulations are educational demonstrations. They do not represent live production systems, customer environments, security guarantees or independently verified performance results. Information may change and is provided without professional warranties.
